A Letter to the Department of Science and Technology of the Philippines
Please allow me to introduce myself properly. I am Mr. Carreon, Allan Gonzaga a Natural Disasters Doctor, who's concerned, and work responsibly in interfering or stopping the long duration, and unexpected storms and/or preventing and even manage the quantity or volume of the rain(s) to a much comfortable mode applicable technology can offer from the space robots that we call satellites or the R2D2. This entity has been observant and have gone and done quite a study and have reviewed back from late 1970's, since it began or was introduced to the Internet in the late 1998. That made an outstanding 85% success. But never made it to the public medium that is why I almost have forgotten since reality thus struck to peoples' minds at least that's how I perceived it professionally. And I lost my funds (0) in my bank account just to maintain this services to people. And as a result just take notice what have happened just this past few weeks or so. Floods was everywhere, from Manila to Northern Luzon especially Pampangga. I suffered, and we all suffered from that incident and I can't do anything about it nor the people or anyone who could do something to stop it. Going back to reality struck that it seems so impossible.

The space robots we know as satellites has a kind of mind on it's own and it does not surprise! Surprise! Work or operate on it's own. That's how sad it is for us UNLESS we become part of it. I'm talking of course pay for it to acknowledge our responsible efforts and in fact there is deeper sense that if we pay there is care and we all work. And I'm so glad that this entity is the first ever to introduce such technology in the world and by a Filipino. I am so proud and with optimal amount of trust that this will be a great success for the company and for the patronage/clients worldwide. Truly miracles do happen and it doesn't come with angels. Thanks to science and technology we got our selves robots from space that is so very busy putting it up for earth to condition or program directly to the source beyond human comprehensions and who's got mind of it's own that knows a fake and a lie or deception. And who does not pay or betray. Wherefore from hereon then if funding is approved. The site has to be or will undergo major changes and make new updates, due to applicable laws and maintenance financially and legal considerations.
Madam I would like to request in your good office all the possible financial resources and assistance or supplies that my company needs to continue its efforts and focus on the environmental protection for years and years to count and to enjoy and not to suffer. It's like we Filipinos give a few centavos to our environment to protect us from another economic catastrophes in the unexpected and not so distant future to come. Environmental uncontrollable natures and wide spread destructions from moment to moment which leaves us or leads us to deaths, diseases, misfortunes and troublesome are the only thing that we have to face forward. As a result damages costs people, families, hard working farmers, lives stock owners and developers, industries and companies from hundreds of thousands to the nearest billion worth. While globally millions upon millions and billions upon billions of dollars are destroyed and lost and the saddest thing is that it continuous all throughout our lives unexpectedly.
And as a result of this Government Funds pays for it. Instead of it, going to develop our lives our cities, farmers or oil and gas supply. And it takes a long period of time to regain and recover, and often time a total loss for the economy, families or individual.
And with that I hope your office will help fund this kind of technological application project to be funded, or are we ready again to suffer if we don't do it for ourselves or the environment that we all call our only home planet earth. If not Madam may approach you and present in your office for sometime possible or convenient for the board to discuss this matters in full spectrum of the sense of the word. Or please endorse or refer this project proposed to parties or international body of organizations who will be able to grant/accept this kind of technological possibilities which I a test as true and very effective if we pay as a direct acknowledgement very awful to say but that's really how it works and because they have built that satellites with money and so sad that it is not for us but for a purpose that would work for us if we also invest our very busy lives to our environment.

Natural Disaster/Calamity---> Anything that deals with abnoramality in activity in weather or climate conditions/state, or beyond the normal activity in a location or area and disturbances with destruction and/or damages caused by or created by nature itself or otherwise known, as Earht. At its madness/ravages/rampage that is barely undetected nor can be predicted. As a result people are killed and injured massively, and often times are unaware that it might be, just an ordinary weather passing by. It badly displaces people from their normal life and looses privacy and creates unsecured lifestyle and possibly lose everything, and put lives in danger or risks and discomforts. Damages often times ranges from Millions to Billions of Dollars to a state or country inwhich it takes time to recover, of both loses and costs, to get back on track again. Destruction creates violence it feeds people to do harm and inject danger to society and leaves a country of economic downfall. And then followed by infections due to damaged basic supplies like drinking water and so on and so forth, for so long..

Introduction
During his journey abroad as a lead singer in a band. He had been so observant just like any other who is new to his environment, a new culture and a different language. Everytime he passess by a shopping mall people their would tend to show a video clip, as it was just nothing else to see around. He’s been seeing that same clip for two times. Well at a glimpse it would run like a flashflood from somewhere and the static would go crazy like in a dirty video tape as if it was not working properly. That time he wasn’t really sure if it was on the news or something else? Of course just minding himself looking around as you would be passing the store everyday?. He wasn’t mindful of things there because the weather there was really good. It does rain sometimes, but not really as hard,or as heavy like we do have here in Manila, or wherever part of the Philippines. That would cause floodings on that part of the globe.
As his very first time working abroad he tends to be very careful with things that surrounds him, but at the same time, was well aware of major problem(s) like what if there was an earthquake(s)? Scary as it may seem but he had been in that experience before,.. when he was still in college in the middle of 1990 and 91. A not so very distant long ago for us and for him, as if, it was just like yesterday. Where Manila was hit by a magnitude 6.5 in the rectarscale and 7.2 in the part of Baguio City. Recorded deaths and casualties where about a thousand or more, and where many buildings did collapse to the ground. And did you remember the major flashfloods and landslides in Ormoc, Leyte? Recorded was about 5,000 casualties and deaths, and 3,000 people missing.
As time went on. Here in Manila, as it was, and as true as it is,…flooding and more floodings from different areas, cities and provinces that the government would shoulder much, much burden financially and economically for its own countrymen. Majorly because we are always hated by calamities and typhoons on long and heavy durations.
Year 1998. Rumors and more and more filed-up major speculations about "The End Of The World Is Near" in foreign news magazines in the stands of the National Bookstores or any major bookstores in the city. Mostly writings about the apocalypse and some major disasters that will bring rise to power to power in the latter days. Another major speculations was that,.the earth would hit by another planet and there would be showers of huge fireballs from the sky all over the world that would basically wipe-out all of humanity and burned down like a very hot lava on the face of the EARTH. And that the earth would form another creation of pure beauty so far different from what you and I where,.. here on Earth?
So in that same year, he begun his curiousity about his inner feelings, findings and studies and made a thorough research about the weather by himself, and made experiments like any other scientist would do in the early creations. We reffer to as technology, as we know it. After finding some facts and events leading to his conclusions, along every progress that he gets to achieve. As time goes by, that made him truly and affirmly believe and finally arrive to his major conclusion that there is GOD more powerful than man, or any scientist would know in the history of humanity can comprehend or surpass not even if he puts up a house different from earth in the universe or the galaxy.
But he does still believes in the power of the early creations, referring to our most modern creations. Such as technologies and advance science. And how he believes in all forms of religions of the world and how God tolerate such creations and ideals, long before there where no humans on earth. And for how man can over power another man, and how nations would rise against another nation(s). And how it would crumble down if we disregard other forms of power in the world, we live in. For God can even tolerate humanity like wild animals in the forest jungles, as intended.
Early Research and experiments
He conducted his early research and experiments as it was progressing gradually on himself all along as if it was like talking to him. Of course there where absolute good trials and errors along the way. Letting it know that it is just there not to be used and be used.
One event it rained so hard til morning and her mother and him would just wait for it to seatle down that the flood would just evaporate in an hour or so.? But sadly it never did. Much to my surprise I remember my experiment to try it to my mother as a sure complainant/client who was so mad complaining, before going to work. Because her feet would get varicose vains upto he legs and would get messy and wet by the muds on the streets. So she was told to go to the bank and pay the said amount in the note. That time it was only an experiment. After paying the bank a Php100.00 she headed then to work.
Then after an hour or about the 2nd hour? When her mother got back at the house (who's now an office of the Founder/Inventor of this technology of this era) from work she showed her receipt. This is truly a proof of how an accidental client, became the grace of an experimental success to UiG System. As it was expected by the Founder and inventor.
